Is America’s Choice Construction and Maintenance Licensed and Insured?Answer: Yes, we are a fully Licensed and Insured Chimney Company. We are also accredited through the Better Business Bureau.
Does America’s Choice Construction and Maintenance offer free Estimates?Answer: Yes. After contacting AAC and speaking to one of our representatives, we will schedule an appointment to come to your home and access what services are needed. Once a thorough assessment is established a FREE written estimate will be provided for you.

Do oil and gas companies provide your services?Answer: No. Gas and oil companies only service the base of your furnace. They are not licensed, nor insured to go on top of your roof and perform this kind of work.
What if I have already had my chimney serviced?Answer: If you’re burning with oil and/or gas, one should have their flue pipe (the interior of the chimney) serviced and inspected once a year.
What if I do not have a chimney?Answer: The fact of whether, or not you may have a chimney is a notion that is often misconstrued. Most people assume due to the fact that they do not have a fireplace, they do not have a chimney. However, this is a common misconception. Every heating system must vent and most vent through a chimney. Therefore, obtaining these services is beneficial to the safety and air consumption circulating throughout your home.
